Megan Swain brings a unique blend of strength, discipline, and compassion to every client she trains. As a Registered Paramedic and former firefighter, Megan understands the importance of resilience, precision, and safety in fitness. She is also an NPC Wellness Athlete, bringing first-hand experience in elite-level conditioning and competition.

Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Megan specializes in body recomposition, strength development, and endurance training. She has extensive experience working with senior citizens and is skilled in creating customized modifications to ensure every client, regardless of age or ability, can train safely and effectively.

Beyond workouts, Megan offers guidance in nutrition and dietary planning, helping clients fuel their bodies for success and long-term results. Her approach is results-driven yet adaptable, making her an ideal coach for anyone—from beginners seeking confidence to seasoned athletes chasing new goals.

Dean Swain is a 27-year U.S. Army veteran who proudly served as a Command Sergeant Major, the highest enlisted rank in the Army. With decades of leadership, discipline, and physical training experience, Dean brings an unparalleled level of commitment and motivation to his clients.

An avid fitness enthusiast, Dean specializes in strength and endurance training, helping clients build resilience, improve performance, and push beyond their limits. His military background instilled in him the values of consistency, perseverance, and accountability—qualities he now applies to every personal training session.
